Team 2386, the Burlington Central High School Trojans, is based out of Burlington, Ontario, Canada. We are an amateur team and this is our second competition season. Last season, our rookie year, we recieved the "Rookie Seed Award" at both of the two competitions we attended; the Chicago and Mississauga regionals. Our team consists of grade 7's to 12's, with many dedicated mentors volunteering their time and effort.The burlington central high school team is on it's way to complete the robot. The the point of this club was to have students learn how a real robot is built and engineered. We have spent many hours working on our Robot and have faced many challenges, however we never lost the idea of fun. The hours were late and the challenges were difficult but we built a great robot. Our robot never placed first, so far, but we always got parting words or honorable mentions for being amazing new-comers. Mr Arnold leads a strong and dedicated team with many personal and team victories. We are continuing to make improvements and look forward to being in the winning circle soon.
